“They'll pick up something and that something could lead to a win or a championship or a scholarship for a youngster out there,” says FDU Men’s Basketball Coach Greg Herenda.

Two-time ACC Coach of the Year, and current ESPN Analyst Seth Greenberg, is talking about how to coach today's athletes.

“Don't try to fit a square peg into a round hole,” says Greenberg.

It's part of a virtual coaches clinic organized in part by former 5-star basketball camp CEO Leigh Klein.

“The ability to be able to grow as coaches and leaders through this medium has really been something special,” says Klein.

Klein and his partners wanted the virtual clinic to coincide with the dates of the March Madness tournament. They were able to recruit more than 150 elite basketball coaches, NBA trainers and bestselling authors to participate.

The clinics are free to anyone that is interested in coaching and the response has been huge. In the first four days, the clinic had more than 50,000 virtual attendees from across the country and around the world.

“We're just learning to do everything differently,” says Coach Herenda. “I don't think only college basketball but the whole world is and I think it's just good to stay active to stay fresh.
Virtual coaching clinics will be held daily through April 4.
