Weekend Workout: The Classics - curls and presses

This week's workout comes from Marc Arnberg at F45 Training. Classic moves, if done correctly, can be really effective. Marc demonstrates a bicep curl and an Arnold shoulder press.

After your curl, your palms are facing your body, rotate them out and push up into an overhead press.
To really work your arms and body, after you bring your arms down, head to the floor into a plank position and alternate rows with the dumbbells. During the renegade rows, you want your body nice and flat. After your two rows, jump back up and start over.
