Stream a few minutes of sanity, and help local businesses with these online yoga classes

Posted: Updated:

Socially distant - but still connected. You can stream a few minutes of sanity every day if you are stuck at home, thanks to local Long Island yoga studios now offering classes online.

The studios had to shutter their doors this week, but you can still practice in real time virtually on Zoom, Instagram and Facebook LIVE. It's another great way to support local small businesses and yourself during this uncertain time.

To sign up for a local studio's Zoom web class, click the link and sign up on their webpage like you would for a regular class. You will receive details after sign up of how to join the online session. You can see and interact with the teacher in real time on Zoom.
