Dweezil Zappa and the Hot Rats Orchestra performed at The Paramount in Huntington Saturday night.

Zappa, son of the late Frank Zappa, played his father's entire "Hot Rats" album in sequence as part of his upcoming 2020 tour.

The music is a mix of avant-garde, jazz, early rhythm and blues and true musical sophistication.

Zappa captured his father's intricate guitar playing, and added slight touches of his own to keep the music fresh. He never went astray from the polyrhythmic Frank Zappa style, and the night was a fun-filled musical treat to the packed audience.
