Newsday: Shuttered Vineyard 48 in Cutchogue up for sale

A closed North Fork winery is now up for sale.
Vineyard 48 in Cutchogue is now listed on the Douglas Elliman real estate site.
The 33-acre property includes a production facility, a 2,500 square-foot tasting room and a 50,000 win bottle inventory count.
Newsday says the asking price is at least $6 million.
As News 12 has reported Vineyard 48 has been closed since 2017 following complaints of overcrowding, intoxicated patrons, and lewd behavior.
