Weekend Workout: Amazing Arms

This week's workout comes from four-time Ms. Olympia Juliana Malacarne at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym. The key to amazing arms starts with your shoulders, according to Malacarne.
This shoulder raise countdown will help sculpt your arms. Start with five reps of a shoulder lateral raise. Then, hold your arms up, no higher than shoulder height, for five seconds. Then, repeat the move, but with four reps and four seconds, three reps and three seconds, and so forth. After you get to one rep - take a 30 second rest and start over again for 15 rounds total.
