Nassau police say a man is wanted in connection to an attempted break-in at an East Meadow home Saturday night.

They say a female resident received a notification from her home security camera that a man was lurking in her backyard.

Surveillance video shows him appearing to try to disable the camera before he gives up.

Police say he was spotted leaving the area in a dark colored, four-door sedan.

Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
