An Amazon worker from Westbury packed a little more than what the customer ordered.
Kathleen O' Leary, of Westbury, fills grocery orders for Amazon. While at work, three rings she was wearing accidently slipped into the order she was packing, including her wedding ring.
When customer Iga Glennon, of Glen Cove, unpacked the groceries she ordered from Amazon, she found the three rings at the bottom of the shopping bag.
Luckily, Glennon is the wife of a Glen Cove police detective who is well trained in solving cases.

"I was unpacking groceries and I saw something at the bottom of the bag and when I took it out, I noticed it was three bands and I realized it was somebody's wedding bands, so I said to my husband that whoever packed these groceries definitely lost their rings in here, so we had to find out who this belonged to," says Glennon.

Glennon's husband was able to track down O'Leary and return the rings.

"I just started praying to Saint Anthony and all of the people up there to help me find my wedding band because it really meant a lot to me ... So, about an hour after I got a phone call," said O'Leary.
O'Leary says she wanted to give Detective Glennon money in appreciation, but he declined.
