Weekend Workout: Variations on cable moves

This week's workout comes from Alex at Synergy. He shows News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen some different moves to try on a cable machine.

One move works your core and shoulders. Start parallel to the machine with the cable chest height in a slight squat stance. Slowly move the cable out straight in front of you, similar to a chest press. Don't forget to turn around to target the other side of your obliques.
