Nearly six months have gone by since the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos. Her case is now the subject of a photography exhibit in Bridgeport.
Doug Healey has covered the Dulos investigation for the New York Post since May. He's taken hundreds of pictures, many that were never seen publicly until now.
The first pictures that start his timeline are aerials of Waveny Park. Healey was at every search, vigil and court appearance, giving readers a snapshot of what was developing.
"I thought, 'What have I been doing all summer long?' And I realized I had a very large body from work, from this investigative story," he said.
He adds he tries to take different perspectives and avoids being "where the other photographers are 'cause they have that angle."
"I hope and pray this display of photographs of an ongoing police and criminal investigation will help in some small way reveal what has happened to Jennifer Farber Dulos, the mother of five children," Healey said.
The exhibit was put together for this month's Bridgeport Art Trail, but is currently on display at the American Fabrics Artist Studios Building. It is open weekdays during normal business hours.
