Bronx man arrested in connection to deadly overdose of Long Islander

A Bronx man has been charged in connection with the deadly overdose of a Long Islander. 

Police arrested 26-year-old Luis Pagan Tuesday. Narcotics detectives say they started investigating Pagan in August after a fatal overdose in Oyster Bay. 

According to court documents, Pagan sold heroin to someone known to the police on two separate occasions while in the Bronx.

He was arraigned Wednesday on drug possession and sale charges. His bail was set at $100,000.
