One of Long Island's most famous statues has just been rededicated.

A special ceremony was held Tuesday for the Smithtown bull.

Renovations are now complete on the statue following a car crash there last winter.

Crews had to fix masonry around the landmark, as well as damaged landscaping.

Historical roadside markers that track Richard Smith's famous bull ride throughout the town hundreds of years ago were also unveiled.
