Police say they're trying to determine if two gas station robberies that happened just hours apart in Suffolk County Monday are connected.
They say a man robbed USA Gas on North Wellwood Avenue in Lindenhurst just after 7:30 p.m.
Then, four hours later, police say a man robbed the Exxon station on Sunrise Highway in West Islip.
Anyone with information on either robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
