Ben Gonzalez and Dave Daly both worked in the finance industry in New York City. Both wanted a change - they moved to the North Fork and opened an oyster farm.

Southold Bay Oysters serves their oysters at wineries, breweries, special events and festivals. And recently, Southold Town allowed oysters to be sold at roadside stands.
