A Hempstead man has been arrested for a public lewdness incident in Malverne Park.

Detectives say Christopher Merenlander was driving his car when he exposed himself to a woman driving in the car next to his.

The victim attempted to drive away but Merenlander followed her for several more blocks while continuing to expose himself, according to police.
