Convicted man sentenced to 12 years to life for sexual assault in Patchogue

A Mastic man was sentenced to 12 years to life in prison after admitting he sexually assaulted a woman in Patchogue in May of last year.

Jessie Graham, 40, was sentenced on Wednesday. He pleaded guilty last month.

Prosecutors say he confronted the victim in the Swan River Preserve, where he attacked her in the woods then stole her cellphone and money.
