Attorney Norm Pattis claims Jennifer Dulos received medical treatment after disappearance

The attorney for the man charged in the disappearance of his estranged New Canaan wife has renewed a motion to access the missing woman's medical records claiming she was treated for medical services six weeks after she disappeared.
Attorney Norm Pattis renewed the motion Friday to access Jennifer Dulos’ medical records, saying they’re necessary for the defense of her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos.
Pattis claims Jennifer Dulos received medical services on July 7, more than six weeks after she disappeared.

This is the third time Pattis has attempted to get Jennifer Dulos’ medical records.
The first motion was denied by Judge John Blawie at Fotis Dulos’ last court hearing, but the judge told Pattis he would consider taking up the motion again if compelling evidence was brought forward.
Fotis Dulos is charged with tampering with evidence and hindering procescution in connection to his estranged wife’s disappearance.
Police say security cameras appeared to capture both Fotis Dulos and girlfriend Michelle Troconis throwing out items in Hartford, some of which tested positive for Jennifer Dulos' blood.
She has been missing since May 24.
