An alleged MS-13 member was sentenced to 23 years to life Monday, convicted of slaying a Roosevelt teenager with a machete and burying him in concrete.
Angel Soler, 15, was found encased in concrete in the woods on the Roosevelt and Baldwin border.
Authorities believe MS-13 targeted Soler because they thought he may have belonged to a rival gang.
Several other suspects are still facing charges.
