Animals in need that were rescued in the wake of the devastating hurricane that hit the Bahamas are now available for adoption on Long Island.
Dogs that were rescued from the Bahamas in the wake of Hurricane Dorian are now at the Kent Animal Shelter in Calverton.
If you'd like to help but can't adopt, you can make a donation or attend the shelter's 50th anniversary party tonight.
There's food, live music, dancing and more.
