Reports of hate crimes and biased incidents seem to be on the rise on Long Island.

In part two of Hate at Home, News 12's Eileen Lehpamer asks who is being targeted in these hate crimes.

News 12 combed through all of the potentially biased incidents reported to police from 2016 to the middle of this year.
