Lingerie retailer Victoria’s Secret is making its models more inclusive, adding curvier and transgender models to its advertising. Critics say Victoria’s Secret is out-of-touch with the times, and its emphasis on select body types alienates women and hurts the company's bottom line. The new models were shown at an investor meeting on Tuesday.

KFC is developing a dating simulator that lets players court its mascot Colonel Sanders. Gamers play as a promising culinary student trying to date classmate Colonel Sanders. The game is scheduled for release on Sept. 24, and will include "cooking battles, battle battles," and lets players "earn a degree from a fictional culinary school," according to the game's page on online games platform Steam.

A federal appeals court is allowing a lawsuit to move forward against Spirit Airlines. Passengers say the carrier used hidden bag fees to blindside travelers. The suit accuses Spirit of breach of contract, saying there was no evidence Spirit notified them about the fees and ambiguities in the prices they would pay. Spirit says its contract of carriage specifically provided that a passenger could take one carry-on bag into the cabin for a fee.
