‘Benefit for Brave Heroes’ dinner celebrates police officer, firefighters

A benefit dinner in Bethpage honored police and firefighters who risk their lives every day on the job.

The "Benefit for Brave Heroes" was hosted by the Indo American Association for Change.

Dozens of elected officials, firefighters and police attended at The Sterling catering hall, including Nassau Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder.

The event included a cocktail hour followed by dinner and honorable mentions.
