Man accused in string of Suffolk home burglaries

A Lindenhurst man is accused of carrying out a string of home burglaries in several Suffolk communities.

Investigators say 30-year-old Alfred Giglio was behind nine home burglaries in Ronkonkoma, Copiague and Amityville.

They say the crimes dated back to last month and continued through last weekend.

Giglio was due to be arraigned in court on Saturday.
