Authorities say a minor has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Central Islip last week.

Prosecutors have not released the suspect's name.

They say the juvenile is charged for fatally shooting a 15-year-old male

The arrest comes just over a week after the incident, when police say four teens were approached by the shooter in the woods near a Hindu temple on East Suffolk Avenue.

The case remains sealed at this time.
