A Sea Cliff man is accused of trying to have sex with someone he thought was a 13-year-old boy.
Federal prosecutors say Charles Bull, who was a music teaching assistant at the Locust Valley School District last year, was arrested Wednesday.
Bull allegedly arranged to meet the teen, who was really an undercover FBI agent, at a hotel in Melville.
Prosecutors say he had three condoms and an XBox gift card with him.
According to court documents, Bull told agents, "I'm not going to lie, I was there to have sex with the 13-year-old boy. I know it was wrong."
