Each set is about 5 minutes long - and you can start with the jump rope to stay light on your feet and get your heart rate up. Next, grab a step and some weights for a deadlift, with a bent-over row. Get your heart rate up again with some standing punches, a burpee and a jump onto your step. Finally, work your core with some knee tucks and a push-up off your step or bench.
