SHELTER ISLAND - In high school, Keith Bavaro worked on the docks at the Island Boatyard on Shelter Island during the day, then bussed tables at the marina's restaurant at night.
Now, he and his wife Ali, who also worked at the restaurant, own the restaurant they call SALT Waterfront Bar & Grill.
