Food Truck Friday: Bistro Mobile Kitchen

Posted: Updated:

WOODBURY - It's time to feature another Long Island food truck in News 12 Long Island's Food Truck Friday series! This week Bistro Mobile Kitchen visited the studios!

Bistro Mobile Kitchen is a food truck from chef Damien O'Donnell of Harbor Bistro. The truck offers catering for many events, including graduations and holiday parties!

To start up our morning, Chef Damien made Loco Moco - it has a beef patty, furikake rice, mushroom pan sauce, and over easy egg.

The second dish created today was a lobster BLT!

The barbacoa duck leg tacos are slow cooked to get a lot of flavor and juice.

The food truck can be found at Harbor Bistro, and can be booked for events!
