Police say four people were injured when an SUV slammed into an East Meadow home Friday night.

They say it happened after an SUV collided with a sedan on Merrick Avenue around 7 p.m. The sedan then nearly plowed into a building across the street.

News 12 is told both drivers were pinned inside their vehicles. First responders had to pull them out.

Investigators say all of the injuries are not considered life-threatening.
