Delta allows passengers to Dominican Republic to cancel flights

Delta Airlines is making it easier to cancel flights to the Dominican Republic after the mysterious deaths of American tourists.
Delta says it will let travelers cancel or change flight plans without penalties if they have tickets to fly to Punta Cana.
However, travelers must re-book flights before Nov. 20.
Travelers can also get credit to fly to another destination.
American Airlines and JetBlue are also offering to work with passengers who want to cancel flights.
