Fire officials: 6 departments called for fire at Central Islip home

CENTRAL ISLIP -

Fire officials say six departments were called to help extinguish a raging fire at a Central Islip home overnight Sunday.

The fire started around 12:30 a.m. on Violet Street. Officials say it took 90 minutes to get the fire under control.

Fire officials haven't confirmed if anyone was home at the time of the fire.

No injuries were reported.
