WILTON -

Jewelry and electronics were stolen from two homes in Wilton during burglaries that police say are connected.

The incidents happened on Sunday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Horseshoe and Huckleberry roads.

Police say the suspect or suspects broke into the homes through a window in each case.

Jewelry, electronics and other miscellaneous household items were stolen, police say.

In the Huckleberry Road incident, police say the suspect broke into the garage of the home before gaining access to the house.

Police say both burglaries appear to be connected.
