WOODBURY - It's the third week of our Food Truck Friday series at the News 12 Long Island studios! NY Strip Catering Inc. food truck is all about steak sandwiches!
The surf and turf NY strip steak sandwich is made with 8 oz. prime NY strip steak with caramelized onions, and sautéed shrimp with garlic aioli on a toasted panini.
Their signature sandwich is made with 8 oz. prime NY strip steak with caramelized onions and mozzarella on a toasted panini. 
The French onion grilled cheese is made with prime NY strip steak with caramelized onions and gruyere on Texas toast.
The loaded breakfast tots are tater tots topped with cheese, bacon and sunny-side up egg.
Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., NY Strip Catering Inc. can be found on the west side of Route 110 in Farmingdale, next to Mattress Firm and in front of Restaurant Depot.
