WOODBURY -

Good news if you're taking a road trip this summer, experts are predicting a big drop in gas prices.

According to AAA, the national average for a gallon of regular is $2.72.

The price is nearly 17 cents lower than this year's high in early May and prices at the pump keep dropping.

One analyst predicts we could be paying less than $2.50 for a gallon in the next few months.
