A Bellport man has been sentenced to 20 years to life for allegedly kidnapping and strangling another man over a video game console.
Joshua Nickens admitted to killing Alan Moore, 22, of Hempstead because he believed Moore had stolen his PlayStation.
The victim's body was left in the basement of an abandoned home in Wyandanch in 2017.
Nicken's mother, stepfather and then-girlfriend are still facing murder and kidnapping charges in the case.
