Class action lawsuits filed against Fisher Price after infant sleeper deaths

Class action lawsuits are being filed against the company behind an infant sleeper linked to dozens of deaths.

Fisher Price recalled its popular "Rock N' Play" infant sleeper on April 12.

At least two class action lawsuits have been filed against the company.

One couple says their baby daughter died just minutes after being placed in the Rock N' Play sleeper.

Consumer Reports links the product to over 30 infant deaths since 2009.
