MS-13 gang member gets 32 years to life for Uniondale murders

An MS-13 gang member who admitted to murdering two rival gang members in Uniondale was sentenced to 32 years to life Tuesday.
Edar Ventura shot and killed 16-year-old Alexon Moya while targeting a rival gang member in December 2016.
Eight months later, he used a machete to kill another rival gang member, Carlos Rivas-Majano, in a wooded area near Kellenberg High School.
Four other suspects are still facing charges related to the killings.
