WOODBURY -

Services have been set for a fallen U.S. Marine from Locust Valley.

A wake for Cpl. Robert Hendriks will be held next Tuesday at Whitting Funeral Home in Glen Head.

Hendriks, Staff Sgt. Christopher Slutman -- a New York City firefighter -- and a third Marine were killed in a roadside bombing last week in Afghanistan.

A wake will be held for Slutman in the Bronx next Thursday. His funeral Mass will follow the next morning at Saint Thomas Church in Manhattan.
