An iconic Hamptons diner that's been closed for more than a year is getting a new tenant just in time for the summer season.
In June, the Silver Lining Diner will open where the old Princess Diner was located – where County Road 39 meets Montauk Highway in Water Mill.
The Bay Kitchen Bar in East Hampton will operate Silver Lining. It's set to feature chef Eric Miller's cuisine, a new look and even a dog run.
The Princess Diner closed after the former owner pleaded guilty to failing to pay 23 workers over $132,000.
