Police: Registered sex offender from Coram facing child porn charges

Police say a Coram man is facing charges for having child pornography on his computer.

Police say a Coram man is facing charges for having child pornography on his computer.
David Korzeniowski, 62, was arrested Friday afternoon at his home on Homestead Drive by detectives from the Suffolk Police Department's computer crimes unit.
He is charged with two felonies, possession a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Korzeniowski is listed as a level 3 sex offender who was convicted of the same crime in 2005. He was sentenced to six months behind bars and 10 years of probation.
Korzeniowski was ordered held on $100,000 bond.
Police are asking anyone with information on the case that could help investigators to contact their computer crimes unit at 631-852-6279.
