Group: Don't get ducks or bunnies for Easter if you can't care for them

The group Long Island Orchestrating for Nature is urging parents not to get their kids ducklings or bunnies as Easter approaches.
The group, called LION, says that while ducklings or bunnies are cute and cuddly when small, they are in many cases abandoned when they grow.
The animals are also unable to make it on their own in the wild.
Abandoning domesticated ducks into the wild is a criminal offense.
