A teen from Jersey City, who was homeless a couple of years ago, is now celebrating his acceptance to 17 different colleges, and his top choice -- The College of New Jersey.
Dylan Chidick, 17, his twin brothers, and his mom were homeless for several months back in 2017.
Dylan’s brothers had heart conditions that left the family with huge medical bills.
His mother also lost her job.
But with the help of WomenRising, a Jersey City-based nonprofit, they moved into a shelter, and now, a donor has offered to pay Dylan's tuition and board.
