Facebook, Instagram back online after outage
The problems started popping up around noon yesterday across Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, which is owned by Facebook.

Facebook and Instagram appear to be back up and running after Wednesday’s outage.
The problems started popping up around noon yesterday across Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, which is owned by Facebook.
The service outage is one of the longest Facebook has ever experienced.
The company said the outage was not linked to hackers.
People quickly took to Twitter, using the hashtag #Instagramdown.
