ELMONT -

A Brooklyn man was arrested and will face a judge for two armed robberies on Long Island.

Police say 30-year-old Stephen Scott worked with an accomplice.

According to police, on Jan. 3, the pair first punched a woman who didn't hand over money at Jada's Luxury Beauty Supply in Elmont.

Police say later that night, the same two robbers demanded money and lotto tickets at the Modern Vape and Convenience Store in Massapequa.

After a struggle, they left with cash and scratch-off tickets.

Police say Scott was the gunman, and are still looking for his accomplice.
