A woman was fatally struck by two vehicles in Smithtown Friday night. 

Police say it happened at the intersection of Terry Road and Route 347 just before midnight.

The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Kelly Goncalves, of Ronkonkoma.

The incident was first ruled as a hit-and-run, but both drivers have come forward. Officials say after investigating the incident, both drivers will not be charged. 

The roadway was closed for hours during the investigation.
