OCEANSIDE -

An Oceanside couple is accused of stealing $185,000 from a sick uncle.

Philip and Debilyn Neidecker were arraigned on Thursday.

Police say they obtained power of attorney after the uncle suffered a stroke.

Prosecutors say they used the money to pay for concert tickets, vacations and their daughter's Sweet 16 party.

The Neideckers face 5 to 15 years in prison if convicted.
