Police: Woman arrested for fleeing scene of crash in Medford

Police say a woman has been arrested after police say she left the scene of a four-car crash in Suffolk.

The incident happened in front of a home on Granny Road in Medford around 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say one person was seriously injured in the crash and taken to Stony Brook Hospital.

Taylor Darienzo was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with serious injury and resisting arrest.

Darienzo was also issued six summonses for various traffic violations and had nine active outstanding warrants.
