The storm that walloped Long Island on Friday brought with it whipping winds, heavy rain and flooding.

The South Shore also saw street flooding from the storm.
Cedar Lane in Babylon was covered in water. One driver who went to Babylon from Selden said the trip was nerve-wracking.
In Lindenhurst, residents living in flood-prone areas say Friday's flooding wasn't the worst they've seen recently. They usually move their cars to higher ground but say they didn't have to do so for this storm.
During high tide Friday morning in Seaford, the canal spilled over onto Island Channel Road. Residents say the flooding made it difficult to get out the door.
