Police: Toddler found in room with exposed drug needle

A Levittown couple is under arrest and accused of leaving an exposed drug needle in a room with their 4-year-old.

Officers were called to the home on Eden Lane in Levittown Monday morning for an unresponsive woman.

Police say when they got there, Cynthia Kyro was revived with Narcan and then arrested.

The child's father, Brian Altman, was also arrested.
 
Both are charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The child is in the care of a family member.
