A man is facing charges after police say he pointed a pistol at people in a Norwalk bar.
Officials say Jorge Samper, 50, of Stamford, is facing charges in connection to the incident.
They say the bartender at V-Z Bar and Restaurant on Van Zant Street cut him off because he was drunk and acting out of control.
